Your Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up on prospects to nurture their interest and aid them through the hiring journey
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Receive commission based on appointments scheduled, interviews completed, and hires resulting from your outreach efforts
