Billing Coordinator

To support efficient billing operations, the full-time remote Billing Coordinator will produce and finalize invoices for client contracts, ensuring timely submissions and maintaining accurate billing documentation. Key responsibilities Prepares, distributes, and finalizes invoices while coordinating the approval process for all contract types Ensures timely submission of monthly invoices to clients and follows up on needed approvals Troubleshoots billing errors and reconciles differences between billed and cost amounts Required qualifications Associates degree or equivalent in Business Administration 2+ years of related experience in billing or invoicing Extensive knowledge of client invoicing requirements and payment processes Strong proficiency in MS Excel and demonstrated math skills Must be a US Person
