To support efficient scheduling operations, the full-time Senior Scheduling Coordinator will administer diagnostic tests and physician appointment schedules remotely, ensuring effective communication with patients and healthcare staff. Key responsibilities Gathers clinical information to ensure appropriate scheduling of diagnostic tests and physician appointments Coordinates schedules with patients, physicians, and office staff, providing necessary instructions and preparations Identifies opportunities for improvement in scheduling processes and provides support to scheduling staff as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience within a Patient Access Center Proficiency in basic scheduling procedures and training on complex diagnostic tests Experience scheduling physician appointments across multiple regions
