IT Program Manager

Senior Delivery LeadThe Senior Delivery Lead is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution and delivery of complex program and platform initiatives that require collaboration across multiple teams. Acting as the single point of orchestration, this role sets clear work objectives, manages dependencies, and enables automation-driven flow throughout the delivery lifecycle. This role is purpose-built for an AI-accelerated environment where speed, safety, and quality must coexist.Location: CharlotteSalary Range: Competitive, based on experience and qualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)7 or more years leading multi-team delivery in product, platform, or enterprise environmentsExperience in roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or equivalentDemonstrated success with intake governance, dependency management, WIP limits, and RAID rigorFamiliarity with Agile delivery practices and AI accelerated workflowsProficiency with delivery planning, documentation, and workflow toolsPrior work experience at client or in client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)Experience with platform rollouts, modernization initiatives, or technical migrationsKnowledge of CI, CD, automated testing, security scanning, or release automation conceptsExperience with delivery metrics and value stream or flow-oriented practicesDay-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)Lead multi-team programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to business goals, timelines, budgets, and quality expectationsTranslate business strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and clear deliverablesOrchestrate cross-team work, ensuring dependencies, risks, and integration points are well understood and proactively managed
