Production Technician Lead

Production Technician Lead - Columbus Shift & Schedule This is a full time position on 3rd shift Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 6:00am. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled. Key Responsibilities Lead and coach production operators to meet daily and weekly production goals Ensure all packaging operations align with safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction targets Monitor equipment functionality and maintain a safe working environment Manage operations within established labor and budget guidelines Maintain accurate records and production documentation Analyze production data and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement Recommend enhancements to equipment, materials, and processes Support and enforce lean manufacturing and standardized work practices Mentor and develop team members, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven culture Build team capability through training and skill development Total Rewards Pay starting at $33.21 per hour + Shift Diff.
