Job Title: Project Manager- Operations

Location: Richmond, VA / Riverwoods, IL Hybrid (3 Days onsite/week)

\n

Duration: 9+ months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

\n

\n

Identify, catalog, and action settlement support legal mail in digitized mail database. Legal mail consists of liens, levies, garnishments & court order holds for global payment network (GPN) participants.

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Manage daily legal mail operations, including reviewing and processing digitized incoming correspondence.
\n
• Identify liens, levies, garnishments, court orders, and legal holds using keyword searches.
\n
• Route documents to the appropriate processing queues and maintain accurate tracking.
\n
• Catalog and action documents according to established procedures and workflows.
\n
• Maintain Excel/Google Sheets trackers and provide regular status updates.
\n
• Ensure accuracy when handling high-volume, sensitive, legal-related documentation.
\n
• Work independently while following established SOPs and operational processes.
\n
• 5+ years of operations, process, project, or program management experience preferred.
\n
• Background in banking, payments, financial operations, payroll, legal operations, or compliance is a strong plus.
\n
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and process management skills required.
\n
