Sales Operations & Commercial Delivery Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Operations & Commercial Delivery Manager to bridge the gap between client service delivery, vendor contract governance, and commercial account management. In this role, you will take full ownership of the post-sale operational lifecycle—from managing server handover workflows and tracking upcoming contract renewals/terminations to processing SLA claims and maintaining master operational trackers across our vendors, infrastructure, and internal teams.

Core Responsibilities

1. Service Delivery & Handover Management

\n

\n
• Coordinate upcoming client server deliveries and handovers closely with internal Operations teams.
\n
• Ensure bare-metal boxes and cluster nodes are properly prepared, validated, and delivered within target timelines.
\n
• Actively communicate delivery statuses to stakeholders and proactively flag any operational delays or discrepancies.
\n

2. Post-Delivery Follow-Up & Account Governance

\n

\n
• Confirm successful account handovers with clients and drive resolution on outstanding post-delivery issues.
\n
• Track follow-up actions and technical dependencies through to closure.
\n
• Escalate unresolved operational or commercial bottlenecks to executive leadership when required.
\n

\n

3. Renewal & Termination Management

\n

\n
• Maintain and monitor a master calendar of upcoming contract renewals, expansions, and termination dates.
\n
• Coordinate renewal and termination requests across internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure zero service gaps.
\n
• Guarantee that all contractual actions are completed within required timelines while maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
\n

4. SLA Management & Service Credits

\n

\n
• Coordinate SLA compliance and dispute matters between Axe Compute, internal Operations, and third-party vendors.
\n
• Prepare, validate, and submit SLA claims backed by supporting telemetry, downtime data, and log documentation.
\n
• Track filed claims and applicable financial service credits through to final resolution and billing adjustment.
\n

5. Operational Tracking & Reporting

\n

\n
• Maintain a real-time master tracker covering deliveries, handovers, server/box statuses, contract renewals, and terminations.
\n
• Highlight upcoming critical deadlines, commercial risks, and outstanding action items for leadership.
\n
• Provide clear, concise, and regular status updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
\n

\n

6. General Operations Coordination

\n
• Facilitate day-to-day operational matters across internal cross-functional teams and external hardware/facility vendors.
\n
• Follow up on outstanding cross-departmental items to guarantee timely resolution.
\n
• Provide ad-hoc operational, administrative, and commercial coordination as needed.
\n

Key Qualifications

\n

\n
• 4+ Years Experience: Background in Sales Operations, Commercial Account Management, Customer Operations, or IT Service Delivery within cloud, data center, or enterprise technology environments.
\n
• Contract & SLA Literacy: Demonstrated capability in managing contract lifecycles (renewals/terminations) and processing SLA claim credits with hardware/data center vendors.
\n
• Process & Tracker Mastery: Highly organized with exceptional Excel/Google Sheets and CRM skills; proven experience maintaining accurate, complex operational delivery logs.
\n
• Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of bridging conversations between technical engineering teams, commercial sales reps, and external vendors.
