Company-wide parties and events Job Responsibilities Groundskeeping and housekeeping and common area cleaning duties each day, creating excellent curb appeal Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property. Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services Performs any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Contributes to a positive team environment and happy resident base. Qualifications Prior maintenance experience in property management strongly preferred Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair is a plus Excellent customer service skills Strong team player Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects Must be willing to be on call for after-hours emergencies Can operate vehicle on premise and has valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage Willingness to walk or drive between two sites as needed Supplies their own tools Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on the specific needs of the day. Estimated 60% - 100% of time is spent on feet.
