Ensuring that computer hardware and software, as well as networks and servers, perform consistently and effectively. Directly supervise one to four direct reports. This role acts as the point of contact for ITSM-related planning, projects, budgets, long-term problem solving, handling of incidents, and issues with the company’s IT systems.
