Assistant Wedding Coordinator

Just As Planned is a boutique wedding and events company based in Tucson, AZ that seeks an Assistant Wedding Coordinator to support weddings and special events across the U.S. and internationally. The ideal candidate for this role is organized, outgoing, calm under pressure, and excited by fast-paced event environments. You will work closely with lead coordinators to manage guest experience, event logistics, travel coordination, on-site setup, vendor support, and day-to-day event operations.

• Can operate in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions in real time
• Can work well with groups
• Is detail-oriented and proactive
• Has flexible availability
• Holds a valid passport and is comfortable traveling domestically and internationally

Previous wedding or event experience is a plus but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, assistant roles, restaurant, customer service, or experiential/event work are encouraged to apply. This is a paid freelance opportunity with travel included for applicable events. Candidates may live anywhere in the United States but must be willing to travel.
