Location : Bolingbrook, IL

Located in our beautiful Bolingbrook, IL facility and reporting to the reporting to the VP of Commercial HVAC and the VP Commercial Plumbing. The Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Project Coordinator will assist the Project Managers in the success of projects while supporting their division and the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Process PO’s and sub-contracts for the purchase of equipment, supplies and services.
- Process change orders.
- Job cost projections and job cost reports.
- Assist Project Managers with estimating, proposals, coordination, and close-out activities.
- Job invoicing preparation.
- Updating commodity pricing.
- Material/Equipment tracking and coordinate deliveries.
- Prepare PM’s for monthly PM meetings.
- Work with fab shop to coordinate deliveries/ordering materials.
- Coordinates activities with other trades areas, project manager or outside contractors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the mechanical field a plus.
- Excellent logistics, communication, and management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present information to external clients/audiences.
- Experience with project management software.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping attention to detail.
