You’ll collaborate with our applied sales teams as the first point of contact for quote requests on HVAC projects for new facilities, additions, and renovation projects. This is an entry level position and Thermosystems provides a comprehensive training program covering for new team members.Responsibilitie sField customer emails for new projects/quote requestsReview direct email quote requests and customer sites for new jobs and addendaCreate new projects, and track customers and bid dates on our internal ERP systemDownload all bid documents onto Microsoft SharepointReview mechanical schedules on plans for equipment to quoteNotify sales teams of new projects and addendaCreate the bid list for the sales team weeklyRequest quotes from other reps for projects out of Northern Illinois territoryEssential SkillsEnjoy working in fast-paced, multi-tasking environmentAttention to detailOrganization and time management stills to prioritize tasksEagerness to learn new skillsSuperior customer service capability and professional demeanorProficient in Microsoft 365 suite and general computer software/applicationsQualification sAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferredThe typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.65 - $28.85 / hr. in Illinois. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls.
