Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager Create Wellness is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to help execute and scale the end-to-end supply chain processes that will support Create's next stage of scale. This role sits on our Operations team and reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain. You will be responsible for managing the complete supply chain lifecycle, from procurement and vendor management through to finished good shipment across channels. You'll work closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure materials and finished products are delivered in full and on time, while maintaining strong system discipline within our ERP. This role is execution-forward but requires strong business judgment. You'll influence supply timing decisions based on MOQs and lead times, manage vendor performance through structured scorecards, and support cost optimization initiatives. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Inventory Planning, FP&A, and Distribution & Logistics to balance service levels, cost, and working capital as we scale. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who thrives in detail, builds strong vendor relationships, and wants to help shape a scalable, resilient supply chain foundation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
