About the team The Oracle Health Configuration Center is looking for an intermediate consultant to help configure the implementation of the Oracle Health Oncology product. NOTE: We are NOT to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time. No candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be considered. Description We are hiring a Configuration Analyst. This Intermediate Oracle Health Oncology consulting position requires ability to operate independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality configuration work to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. This includes completing configuration for all consulting project types and maintaining relationships across lines of business. Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass Public Trust security clearance Responsibilities Responsibilities Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration Complete complex system configurations independently Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements Drive tools development and troubleshooting Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed Qualifications: 2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Oncology product(s). Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
