IT Support Technician

Pay Range $23.15 - $34.73. A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Position Summary Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team. Under general supervision, the IT Support Technician provides front‑line support to customers, resolves issues while referring more complex problems to Support Engineers or leadership, and is responsible for PC desktop/laptop configuration and maintenance, mobile devices, printers, peripheral devices, and application support including Windows operating systems, software, and other applications. Position Specifics Department: IT Core Function: Corporate Services Schedule: Full Time, 40 hrs/wk, on‑call rotation Facility: St. Joseph Location: Highland, IL Compensation that aligns with your experience Education Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Experience Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in software, hardware, operating systems, installation procedures, and applications is preferred. Certifications, Licenses and Registrations A+ Certification is preferred.
