Job Description

• Responsible for completing the patient registration process for dental services by collecting demographic information, determining appropriate fees and collection of payment.
• Function as liaison between dental students and patients.
• The main tasks will be accepting referrals, scheduling appointments, verifying dental codes and confirming appointments.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years experience in a health care setting or related field
• Two (2) years experience in customer service.
• Good computer skills including the use of word processing and e-mail software.
• Knowledge of Third Party Reimbursement required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
