As a Staff Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care through a fully remote telehealth model. Accountabilities Provide psychiatric assessment and treatment for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health concerns. Conduct comprehensive evaluations covering psychiatric and medical histories, diagnostic assessments, and patient risk factors. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and brief psychotherapy when appropriate. Deliver compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care through remote consultations. Apply evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices, particularly when managing controlled substances. Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical colleagues through consultations, peer discussions, and case reviews. Use electronic health records, e-prescribing systems, and other digital tools to support effective and reliable telehealth delivery. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, continuous learning, and high-quality patient experiences. Requirements Hold active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction. Demonstrate strong psychiatric assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and medication-management skills. Be committed to compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based mental health care. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and clinical colleagues. Be comfortable delivering psychiatric care through telehealth and using electronic health record systems and digital clinical tools. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and a commitment to ethical prescribing, patient safety, and appropriate risk assessment. Be willing to collaborate with psychiatrists and peers to support clinical decision-making and continuous improvement. Be prepared to meet applicable professional and regulatory requirements for the states in which you provide care.
