Maintenance Manager

Overview Our growing global beverage manufacturing client has an opening for a Maintenance Manager at their facility in the greater Baltimore, MD area. They are seeking a strong leader who can bring their vision to develop a new team. This is a key senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This facility is a two - shift operation with a total of 75 employees. This role offers a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu) with approximately one Friday per month. Company relocation assistance is available for this opportunity. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 9 non-union salaried and hourly maintenance/technical professionals Assist in diagnosing complex issues with equipment including conveyors, piping and packaging systems Establish and oversee the preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability Manage repair schedules to minimize downtime and disruption Collaborate with production teams to enhance operational efficiency Document maintenance and repair activities for future reference and compliance Manage CapEx projects Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services Be a strong proponent of safety culture, training and adherence Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in maintenance engineering Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related technical discipline 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment 3 years of leadership experience Must have demonstrated experience leading change Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset Reliability experience including building a PM program There is a strong preference for beverage bottling experience, but not required Salary and Benefits Salary Range $130,000 - $145,000 Excellent benefits including: Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance; 401k Career - strong growth opportunities within the organization in other locations #J-18808-Ljbffr Hawkins HR Consulting, LLC
