This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care to intensive care patients, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care. Job Details Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Location: Portland Shift Type: Nights Shift Duration: 12 hours Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification; EPIC experience Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience Responsibilities include collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide holistic care. Additional Information: The candidate will participate in discharge planning, delegate duties appropriately, and provide health education as needed. All associates are required to receive necessary vaccinations as a condition of employment, with accommodations available for exemptions.
