HOMESENSE FULL TIME DEPT SUPERVISOR

Job Description Lead and motivate associates to provide outstanding customer service. Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential. Support daily store operations, including merchandising, recovery, and inventory flow. Ensure merchandise is presented according to Homesense standards. Help manage the flow of merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor. Partner with store leadership to achieve sales, customer service, and operational goals. Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture. Support loss prevention, safety, and operational compliance initiatives. Help create an exciting “treasure hunt” shopping experience for every customer. Previous retail experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. A positive, energetic, and customer-first mindset. Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift and move merchandise with or without reasonable accommodation.
