- Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and operational reporting for management review
- Analyze month-over-month results, budget variances, and provide supporting financial insights
- Play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting that supports company growth and strategic decision-making
- Expertise in general accounting and financial reporting
- 3+ years of accounting experience with exposure to month-end close activities
- Experience preparing financial statements and variance analyses
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Background in construction, energy, infrastructure, or renewable energy industries
- Exposure to Oracle or similar ERP systems
- CPA, CPA-track, public accounting, or Big 4 experience
- MBA or advanced accounting/finance education
