Assist Members and prospective members with understanding the Medicare market and use comprehensive Medicare training to identify needs and offer tailored solutions, all while adhering to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines. You will be responsible for providing the best first and lasting impression to all guests, vendors, and associates.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, contact, and follow up with prospects in the Medicare market.
• Ensure compliance with PHI and security metrics.
• Oversee sales acquisition and retention, adhering to CMS sales and marketing guidelines.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify prospects' issues and needs, ing comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and CMS guidelines to offer tailored solutions. 
• Greet all members, guests, and associates professionally. 
• Answer inbound sales calls from members and prospects. 
• Make outbound follow-up sales calls. 
• Build new member accounts and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Look up member accounts and make necessary changes. 
• Input enrollment and change forms into IKA for prospects and members.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Prior experience and success working in a customer focused environment preferred. 
• Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand manner. 
• Ability to communicate with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to ensure compliance with PHI and security regulations.

• Additional hours may be required during vacation / holidays and for other periods of time as needed.
