This position is a great fit for someone who likes variety. You'll work with customers, support the sales team, assist with financing, and help make sure every deal is completed accurately and efficiently.

Automotive experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person who has the right attitude and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers during the final steps of the vehicle purchase process.
• Help review deals, trade values, incentives, and pricing to ensure everything is accurate.
• Support the Finance Manager with contracts, funding paperwork, and required documentation.
• Present finance products, service contracts, and protection plans in a professional, customer-focused manner.
• Keep deals organized and moving so customers enjoy a smooth buying experience.
• Work closely with Sales Consultants and managers to ensure every transaction is completed correctly.
• Maintain accurate records using our dealership software and CRM.
• Help deliver an experience that earns repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Someone who enjoys helping people and building relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Automotive sales, finance, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
