Production Expertise: 3-5+ years of experience in production design, with a portfolio that showcases high-volume, high-quality output (photo compositing, layout, and complex digital assets). Design Systems Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a deep understanding of how to maintain brand consistency within complex systems. Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Production Designer who acts as the "connective tissue" for our creative output. This role is not just about execution; it is about ensuring that our high-level concepts are brought to life with precision, scalability, and consistency across all platforms. This position is required to work onsite either in New York City Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. Duties and Responsibilities Seamless Execution: Translate high-level creative directions from our specialized teams into polished, production-ready assets. Ensure all deliverables-from B2B branding (CES, Upfront, Cannes Lions) to custom creative executions-consistently reflect the brand's standards. Brand Stewardship: Serve as an internal guardian for our visual language, ensuring that while teams remain specialized, our external-facing identity remains seamless and integrated. Workflow Optimization: Partner with Art Directors and Creative Directors to refine production processes. You are the architect of our asset lifecycle, ensuring projects move from kickoff to final delivery with high efficiency and uncompromising quality. Technical Excellence: Maintain rigorous standards in typography, composition, and component-based design systems. You are the "go-to" for complex file management and production-ready digital/print assets. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Serve as a pivotal link between strategists, writers, product teams, and specialized design leads. Your role is to ensure that "show meets business" in every single asset produced.
