Mission: Bridge Legal is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical and operational bridge between prospective clients, Sales, and Product teams. This role partners closely with account executives to understand customer needs, demonstrate platform capabilities, and design scalable solutions that enable plaintiff law firms and litigation funders to modernize their operations. This role is ideal for a highly consultative and solutions-oriented professional who excels at understanding complex litigation workflows, translating business challenges into scalable technical solutions, and demonstrating how technology can transform legal operations. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to help customers envision and implement innovative ways of working. Status: In-Office Outcomes: Solution Design Map customer requirements to existing platform capabilities Identify workflow optimizations and automation opportunities Collaborate with Product and Engineering when custom solutions are required Document technical requirements and implementation recommendations Document API requirements, integration specifications, and technical implementation recommendations Client Enablement Support onboarding and implementation teams during complex deployments Assist customers with workflow configuration and best practices Provide technical guidance throughout implementation Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations Integration & API Consulting Serve as the subject matter expert on our API capabilities and integration architecture Guide clients through API use cases, authentication methods, data mapping, and workflow automation opportunities Partner with client technical teams to validate integration requirements and recommend best practices Assist Sales in positioning API functionality as part of enterprise solution design Collaborate with the Product team to identify opportunities for new integrations and enhanced interoperability Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as liaison between external clients and internal Sales, Product, and Client Success Share customer feedback to influence roadmap decisions Help prioritize feature requests based on market demand Support internal training on product capabilities Technical Expertise Stay current on Bridge Legal's platform and AI capabilities Develop reusable demo environments and documentation Assist with RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical evaluations Represent the product at conferences or client meetings when needed Support API demonstrations, sandbox environments, and proof-of-concept integrations Partner with Sales during discovery calls and product demonstrations Understand client workflows and business challenges Recommend technical and operational solutions using the Bridge platform Prepare customized demos and proof-of-concept presentations Skill and Qualifications: 3–5 years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Customer Success Experience in SaaS or legal technology preferred Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to translate technical concepts into business value Familiarity with APIs, integrations, databases, or workflow platforms Experience designing or supporting SaaS integrations between enterprise systems and third-party platforms Ability to communicate technical integration concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience reading API documentation, troubleshooting integration issues, or supporting implementation projects preferred Experience supporting enterprise software implementations Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering Familiarity with plaintiff litigation, legal operations, or mass tort workflows What We Offer: Competitive compensation with optimized health benefits (medical, vision and dental), 401K and FSA/HSA benefits Unlimited PTO Bonus opportunities based on performance Flexibility for a great work life balance Work building located in the heart of the city with beautiful views Comprehensive training and mentorship on an ongoing basis with career growth opportunities A friendly and diverse work environment with supportive colleagues and leadership team Professional autonomy "Bridge Legal is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
