Job Description Under the direction of the operations manager, manages and directs stockroom operations. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Successful completion of Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs. Campbell Main Store, KY) PCS Not Authorized / LSP Not Authorized Salary Minimum $45,142.00 Major Duties Manages and directs stockroom operations, handling shipping, receiving, stocking, return/write‑off/disposal of damaged/defective goods, transfer of goods to other facilities, housekeeping duties, maintaining operational vehicles and ordering expense supplies, and managing financial and operational goals. Evaluates and enhances customer service and satisfaction. Supervises, trains, develops, hires and schedules associates for current positions and future growth. Assists in establishing financial goals to maximize sales, profit, SSR, productivity, turns and inventory. Performs other duties as assigned.
