Auto Body Service Writer Wanted
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Auto Body Service Writer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess vehicle repair needs
- Prepare accurate repair estimates
- Communicate with insurance companies and customers throughout the repair process
- Schedule repairs and coordinate workflow with technicians
- Maintain detailed repair documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in collision repair estimating or service writing preferred
- Knowledge of insurance claims and repair procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with estimating software is a plus
