Scooter's Coffee in Evansville, IN is looking for an Amazing District Manager to lead the store managers of our 3 locations (Evansville, Mt. Vernon, and Jasper) and help our teams be Amazing! With over 900 locations nationwide, Scooter's Coffee is a fast-growing brand in the coffee industry. We strive on Amazing People, Amazing Drinks, Amazingly fast! We pride ourselves in creating a culture that is constantly adding value and developing the members of our teams. We are passionate about coffee and are looking for a proven multi-unit leader with an Amazing personality to grow with our company. As our District Manager, you will: Oversee the store managers of all 3 locations and keep them on task, motivated, and accountable Ensure every store and manager is prepped and ready for each promotional campaign and product launch Create and manage performance bonus programs that reward and develop our store managers Coach, train, and develop managers into Amazing leaders Travel between locations regularly to support your teams and uphold brand standards A qualified district manager would enjoy the following job perks: $60,000 annual salary Company work vehicle Health insurance Paid time off Fun & productive work environment Ongoing Leadership training Opportunities for growth as we add more locations #J-18808-Ljbffr
