Direct Care Worker
Job Summary:
NuChoice Health Partners is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Workers to join our team in Lawrence County, PA. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide vital personal care, support, and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry duties
Accompany clients on grocery shopping trips and other errands
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator
Requirements:
0 years of experience (new graduates and experienced caregivers welcome)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Additional Requirements: personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
