Our diverse portfolio features a wide range of dining experiences, including casual fine dining, vibrant bar and grills, and deli & catering operations. We just have one problem: there are a lot of sandwiches that need making! We specialize in the best deli sandwiches around, freshly made sides, and desserts. We also have a great catering clientele. We want to be known as the best deli sandwiches around Winter Park! As a Deli Shift Lead , you’ll play a key role in keeping our deli running smoothly and ensuring every guest enjoys the Rudi’s experience. You’ll be hands‑on with prepping/cooking ingredients, crafting sandwiches, and engaging with customers—all while leading by example and supporting the team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, upbeat environment, this role is for you. What Winning Looks Like: Lead and assist in daily preparation of ingredients Deliver excellent customer service with every interaction Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked deli Ensure quick, consistent service for all guests Uphold sanitation and safety standards at all times Support opening and closing procedures as needed Provide guidance and motivation to team members during shifts Skills Needed to Win: Previous experience in a kitchen or deli environment (specifically sandwich preparation, not grocery deli).
