Mental Health TherapistLocations:Leitchfield, KYVine Grove, KYMount Washington, KYSchedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPosition Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual and family therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support positive client outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Utilize evidence-based approaches, including CBT, trauma-informed care, and play therapy as appropriate.Facilitate trauma-focused groups for children and adolescents.Coordinate care and make referrals to community resources when needed.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement activities.Provide supervision to clinical staff and licensure-track therapists, when applicable.Qualifications:Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related clinical field.Active Kentucky licensure required: MFTA, CSW, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCCMinimum 3 years of experience providing therapy services to children and/or adolescents.Strong knowledge of child development, family systems, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Professional Growth OpportunitiesPerformance Expectations:Maintain 80% direct billed time productivity.Deliver high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services.
