Position Summary

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities from project start through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing daily operations, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadand manage day-to-day field operations on assigned projects
• Coordinateand supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Developand maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
• Enforcesafety standards and promote a strong safety culture on-site
• Monitorworkmanship and ensure quality control across all trades
• Collaboratewith project managers, architects, engineers, and clients
• Conductregular site meetings and provide progress updates
• Identifyand resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and cost impacts
• Maintainaccurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs
• Ensurecompliance with all building codes, regulations, and company standards

Qualifications

• 5+years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Provenexperience managing projects such as commercial, healthcare, industrial,or multi-family developments
• Strongknowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety regulations
• Excellentleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Abilityto read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficiencywith construction management software is a plus
• OSHAcertification preferred
