Commercial Plumbing TechnicianSuperior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a statewide provider of skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience store projects. We deliver excellence in commercial tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service supported by our dedicated dispatch team. We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites and other field operations.Schedule:Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - SaturdayFirst ShiftOvertime available but not guaranteedResponsibilities:Provide professional, customer-focused servicePerform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heatersDiagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valvesService grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stationsDiagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspectionsSubmit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointmentCollaborate with team members to complete work orders efficientlyDrive and operate company vehicles within department guidelinesWillingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the departmentRequirements:Minimum of four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experienceValid driver license with the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a motor vehicle background checkAbility to pass a pre-employment drug testVerbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communicationAbout the Company:Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a commercial service and construction company with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality electrical and plumbing solutions across California and other states.
