About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President, Digital Product Owner to lead the AI Assistant and Voice Avatar capabilities within its digital transformation initiative. This role is pivotal in reimagining the company's digital ecosystem, with a focus on modernizing the client, advisor, and employee experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for the AI Assistant and Voice Avatar, driving AI innovation and prototyping, and supporting peer product owners across the digital transformation program. This is a high-stakes, fast-moving role that requires a collaborative mindset, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a commitment to helping peers succeed. Key responsibilities for the Corporate Vice President, Digital Product Owner include owning the AI Assistant and Voice Avatar, driving AI prototyping, and supporting the integration of modern AI tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in modernizing complex workflows, a genuine interest in conversational AI, and the ability to teach and upskill others on modern AI tools. A background in digital transformation, particularly in financial services, is a plus. The role demands a leader who can turn field research into a prioritized roadmap, tackle high-friction digital experiences, and lead end-to-end feature delivery with a focus on quality and fit. The candidate should be adept at defining acceptance criteria, success metrics, and managing risks associated with legacy infrastructure and cross-platform integration.
