In this position, you wil l...Partner with plant leadership on workforce planning and business strat egy.Lead recruiting, onboarding and orientation for hourly and salaried employ ees.Coach managers on employee relations, performance management and corrective act ion.Conduct workplace investigations and maintain documentat ion.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company polic ies.Administer compensation, benefits, leave and HRIS transacti ons.Lead engagement, recognition and retention initiati ves.Support talent development, succession planning and train ing.Analyze HR metrics and recommend improveme nts.Maintain confidential HR reco rds.
