Human Resources Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our client in the Nashville, TN area. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, helping drive people initiatives that support business goals while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace concerns Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including onboarding and new hire integration Support the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and best practices Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Partner with leadership on change management and continuous improvement initiatives Analyze HR data and trends to provide recommendations and support business decisions Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Assist with compensation, benefits, and employee development programs Foster a collaborative, positive, and inclusive workplace environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus Manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site experience is preferred but not required Required Skills A strategic yet hands-on approach to HR Strong business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and employee experience A passion for building strong teams and positive workplace cultures Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
