Sr. Manager, Brand Communications

The Consumer Communications Sr. Manger role is responsible for creating, developing, managing, and executing communications strategies across earned media, influencer, and organize social media across a brand portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of cross functional communication to effectively engage our target audience, enhance brand reputation, and drive consumer awareness and engagement. The Consumer Communications Sr. Manager is deeply collaborative, has an entrepreneurialspirit, executes with excellence and actively participates in growing team culture. Accoutabilities: Lead always-on social, influencer programs, and earned media to bring the brand to life and remain culturally relevant Plan and execute campaigns end-to-end, from briefing through launch Develop White Claw Hard Seltzer influencer strategy and execution, including growingand developing a strong network of influencer relationships. Manage creators and agencies, including influencer scoping, contracts, and partner oversight Track performance and optimize platform algorithms, engagement, and audience growth Oversee community management and consumer care standards, ensuring on-brand responses and reporting Brand Health Earned media placements Earned impressions Own: Cross Channel Communications Planning & Execution across earned media, influencer, organic social channels Influence: Consumer Communications, Shopper Marketing, Media Planning, Regional Marketing, DCOE, Brand Marketing Veto: Social Media Content, Influencer Partnerships, Earned Media Opportunities Critical Stakeholders & Relationships: Brand Marketing Consumer Communication/Media Global Marketing Regional Marketing Team Community Management Media Loyalty/Rewards Programming Qualifications, Education, & Experience: Bachelor's Degree & minimum of 7 years of relevant Communications experience, preferably within Alc/Bev or CPG. Experience working in a fast-moving, explosive-growth global brand. Skills Needed To Be Successful: Strong leadership skills and ability to take full ownership of program workstreams from start to finish Collaborative team player who works effectively across various business stakeholders Compensation: Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
