As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate , you'll represent nonprofit organizations and mission-driven brands at community events, retail promotions, fundraising campaigns, and live marketing activations. You'll engage directly with community members, educate supporters, build lasting relationships, and help increase awareness and support for meaningful causes.

This position provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, event marketing, customer service, business development, brand promotion, communications, and community outreach , creating an excellent foundation for future leadership opportunities.

• Represent nonprofit organizations and client brands at community events, retail promotions, fundraising campaigns, and live marketing events.
• Engage with customers and supporters through professional face-to-face interactions.
• Educate community members about nonprofit missions, fundraising initiatives, products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Support donor acquisition, customer outreach, campaign enrollment, and brand awareness efforts.
• Build positive relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with event setup, promotional displays, campaign materials, registration, and event logistics.
• Track customer interactions, campaign performance, outreach activities, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and fundraising teams to achieve daily and weekly goals.
