Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Nursing
Service Location:   East Stroudsburg, PA and Stroudsburg, PA; 
Immediate Shift Needs: 
East Stroudsburg, PA:
Fridays 6pm to 10pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 10p
Monday through Friday 11pm to 7am
Stroudsburg, PA:
Overnights and Thursday 8am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 7am to 4pm and 10pm to 6am
Sunday through Saturday 9:30/10pm to 5:30am/6am
Tobyhanna, Pa: All shifts!!! Trach/vent gtube dependent infant

Rate: $28-$32 per hour

Responsibilities:

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Available Nursing Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
