Your skills
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Desktop IT support.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and various software applications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand
- This role is a Salary Non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $46,100.00 USD.

The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with desktop support, and delivers excellent customer service while working directly at client sites. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment tracking
- Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and management
- Support project rollouts and deployments
