Floor Operations Lead — Merchandising & Customer Service

Jetro / Restaurant Depot

Jetro / Restaurant Depot is looking for a dedicated Floor Manager in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that product is received and displayed correctly while providing exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, develop schedules, and conduct trainings as well as HACCP inspections. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent customer service experience, showing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
