Your Role at Baxter

As a Product Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Baxter's depot service and repair operations for medical devices, including patient monitors, EKG machines, vision screeners, and other Baxter products. In this role, you will manage service transactions in SAP, coordinate repair activities, process customer orders, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the repair lifecycle. This position combines system-based work, customer communication, and operational support to help move products efficiently through the service process and back to customers.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process returned medical devices, verify product information, and enter service-related details into SAP.
• Create and maintain service records, including customer account information, billing details, return authorizations, costs, revenue data, and repair documentation.
• Review incoming service paperwork and technical findings, then accurately document repair information, complaint records, and service transactions within SAP.
• Create sales orders, exchange orders, loaner orders, and outbound deliveries to support repair and replacement activities.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair estimates, purchase orders, payment information, service status updates, and product returns.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Shipping, Technical Support, Engineering, Credit, and other internal teams to support complaint investigations and service operations.
• Identify and document customer complaints, escalating potential MDR-related events and quality concerns through established processes.
• Support receiving and warehouse activities as needed, including assisting with the processing and handling of returned devices.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in service operations, customer service, order management, logistics, administrative support, data processing, or a related environment.
• Experience working with computer-based systems to process orders, service transactions, customer information, or operational documentation.
• Ability to accurately enter and manage data in multiple systems while supporting a high-volume workflow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $44,800 - $61,600. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
