Product Service Coordinator

Product Service Coordinator position supporting Baxter's medical device depot repair and service operations. Responsibilities include processing returned devices, managing service records in SAP, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers throughout the service lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process returned medical devices; enter service details into SAP
- Create and maintain service records including customer accounts, billing, return authorizations, and repair documentation
- Generate sales orders, exchange orders, loaner orders, and outbound deliveries for repair activities
- Communicate with customers about repair estimates, payment, and service status updates
- Partner with cross-functional teams on complaint investigations, quality concerns, and MDR-related events
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years experience in service operations, customer service, or related field
- Experience with computer-based order and transaction management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
- Minimum 40 words per minute typing speed
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 40 pounds
- Data entry and documentation accuracy in high-volume workflows
Compensation: $44,800 - $61,600 base salary
