Senior VP, Funds Legal & Regulatory Counsel

Jobtailor seeks an experienced attorney to provide expert legal support for U.S. registered funds, including open-end funds, ETFs, and collective investment trusts. You will draft and negotiate agreements, advise on regulatory considerations, and prepare Board materials for governance and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate holds a JD from a leading law school, about 10 years of relevant experience with U.S. funds, active U.S. state bar membership, and strong knowledge of securities laws.
