Our client is a rapidly expanding RIA in the Tampa Bay area seeking a Client Advisor to service an established book of high-net-worth client relationships and provide comprehensive financial planning.Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary advisor and point of contact for HNW clients and families.Manage and strengthen existing client relationships.Develop and deliver comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, estate, tax, cash flow, and risk planning.Prepare for and lead client meetings and ongoing planning reviews.Develop actionable recommendations based on clients' financial goals and circumstances.Coordinate with investment, operations, and other internal teams to deliver a high level of client service.Identify additional planning needs and opportunities within the existing client base.Ensure timely follow-through on client requests, recommendations, and deliverables.Qualifications5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related client-facing role.Experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families.Strong financial planning expertise and technical knowledge.Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.Ability to independently manage client relationships and lead meetings.CFP designation preferred, or actively pursuing the designation.Bachelor's degree preferred.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to join a high-growth RIA with a strong existing client base and significant growth ahead. xhyhwjd The ideal candidate is an experienced advisor who enjoys working directly with HNW clients and wants to take on meaningful responsibility within a growing firm.
