Quality Control Supervisor

QC Supervisor / Quality Engineer 3 — Off Shifts (2nd, 3rd, 4th) We're hiring a QC Supervisor for a manufacturing environment. This is a floor-facing role, not a strategic or director-track position. You'll supervise QC technicians and a QC lead per shift, and act as the bridge between operations, process engineering, and design on day-to-day quality execution. What you'll do: Supervise quality activities and compliance programs across supplier quality, quality operations, and project quality Manage and mentor QC technicians and a shift QC lead Own floor-level quality execution and resolve issues in real time Support internal and external audits (FDA, ISO, customer, segment) Manage incoming inspection for complex parts and oversee calibration processes Participate in six sigma projects and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to departmental budget management What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred) 3+ years of relevant technical experience, including project leadership Knowledge of incoming inspection for complex parts Calibration process knowledge preferred Comfortable splitting time between computer work and the production floor Available for 2nd, 3rd, or 4th shift (weekend/daylight hours for 4th shift) 3 openings across shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr Soho Square Solutions
