Staffing Supervisor CoordinatorThe Staffing Supervisor Coordinator for Notre Dame Health Care Home Care is responsible for overseeing and coordinating caregiver and nursing schedules, supervising day-to-day staffing operations, and ensuring continuity of high-quality care delivery. This role provides leadership oversight to staffing functions, supports caregivers and nurses, and serves as a central communication link between clients, families, clinical leadership, and operations.The Staffing Supervisor Coordinator manages recruitment coordination, onboarding support, complex scheduling, and escalation of staffing issues.
