Description Mount Saint Mary0s University aje Los Angeles invites applications for the Director of the Traditional BSN (TBSN) Program. This administrative position is a 12-month full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor. The Director of the TBSN Program provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and student-centered guidance under the direction of the Dean of Nursing. This role oversees program operations, admissions, curriculum implementation, quality and process improvements, and faculty support while fostering an exceptional advisement and student experience. The Director serves as a key liaison across university departments and external partners and maintains strong working relationships to support student success and program excellence. Three assistant directors support the director in administering the program. Mount Saint Mary0s University (MSMU) is home to the oldest Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program in the State of California. It is highly respected and enrolls the most students of any undergraduate program at the university. The curriculum is based on the globally renowned Roy Adaptation Model, which was developed at MSMU by Sr. Callista Roy, CSJ. As a key member of a university founded by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, the TBSN Director is expected to embody and advance the CSJ charism -- service to the dear neighbor without distinction, commitment to justice, compassion, and inclusive community. Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and scholarly accomplishments. Tenure expectations follow University policy and include excellence in teaching, advisement, scholarship, and service.
