Job Details Job Type: Full time (Exempt/Non Exempt: Salary) Role Overview The Car Care Leadership Development program provides future leaders with training in operating, leading, and maximizing a Car Care Center. Participants will learn to lead and manage key functions to succeed as a Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager, or Service Advisor. Key Responsibilities Lead and assist in the customer service and sales process, including writing and updating repair orders and digital vehicle inspections. Manage overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities of the Car Care location (e.g., payroll, expense control, shop efficiency). Review financial and sales performance reports and profit/loss statements; implement actionable solutions to achieve key performance indicators. Monitor and maintain company inventory standards. Optimize staff performance through continuous training, coaching, feedback, and recognition. Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Document performance issues per company policies and procedures. Prepare staff schedules for adequate coverage. Collaborate with Area/Regional Manager to recruit, interview, select, and hire staff. Ensure compensation changes, promotions, demotions, and termination decisions are handled correctly. Maintain high customer service scores by handling complaints and providing solutions. Identify member/customer needs across all business lines; introduce members to other departments. Champion safety and ensure compliance with established safety guidelines. Conduct investigations for safety incidents and identify improvement opportunities with the Safety Manager. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 annually with annual bonus potential. Valid driver’s license. Mechanical aptitude. Knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems, tools, and technical resources; ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance. Experience with equipment and tools; maintain a clean, safe, organized work area. Demonstrated exceptional customer service and ability to improve service scores. Preferred Qualifications G1-Auto Maintenance & Light Repair certification. State inspection certificate (where applicable). AC 609 Certification. At least 6 months of customer service and sales experience. Work Environment Potential for loud noises and odors in the shop environment. Requirement to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to approximately 80 pounds. Must have own tools appropriate for skill level. Work in heat; facilities may lack air conditioning though fans are present.
