Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Second Shift Outbound Forklift Lead to manage and coordinate outbound logistics operations during the evening shift. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate shipment of products while maintaining safety and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and training a team of forklift operators in outbound operations.
• Overseeing loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper documentation.
• Monitoring workflow and productivity to meet shipping deadlines.
• Conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating forklifts and leading teams in a warehouse setting.
• Strong understanding of shipping and logistics procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
